1General Terms & User Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and uu7 ("Platform", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the uu7 platform at uu7.bar, you expressly agree to comply with all rules set out in this document.

Uu7 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility to register and use the uu7 platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

2Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Uu7 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All financial transactions on the uu7 platform are processed through secure, encrypted channels to ensure the safety of your funds at all times.

Deposit Policy: The minimum deposit at uu7 is RM10. There is no set daily maximum deposit limit, though deposits exceeding certain amounts may require additional verification. Deposited funds will be credited to your account within minutes of a successful payment.

Withdrawal Policy: The minimum withdrawal is RM30. All withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes after approval. Funds will be credited to the same payment method used for your original deposit. uu7 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

• The first withdrawal for each payment method may require additional verification for security purposes.
• Uu7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing large withdrawals.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, uu7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of an investigation.
• Funds deposited using a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified rollover requirements have been met.
• All transactions are final once confirmed — cancellation requests for completed transactions will not be entertained.

4Bonus, Promotions & Loyalty Programme Policy

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount required before a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover means you must wager five times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Uu7 reserves the right to revoke bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or abuse of the promotions system.
• Multiple accounts registered solely to claim bonuses are considered bonus abuse.
• Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific game categories.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the specific terms of the offer — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on uu7 are final once confirmed by the system. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified by members unless the Cash Out feature is specifically activated. uu7 reserves the right to cancel or modify bets in the event of a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or evidence of match manipulation.

For Live Casino and slot games, all game outcomes are determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). uu7 has no control over game outcomes and all games are completely fair.

6Prohibitions, Suspension & Account Termination

Uu7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be in violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions, or involved in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Such action may be taken without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

• Using another person's credit card or bank account details without authorization.
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt uu7 systems.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the uu7 platform.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate communication directed at uu7 staff.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the uu7 support team via live chat. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding issues on the account.
